We offer a delivery service using either of our two crane equipped lorries or our small tipper. In most cases we can deliver stock items within 3 working days. However we do get very busy in the weeks around Bank Holidays. Non-stock items will need to be ordered and could take 4 weeks or so, although we aim to do better than that. Some items may be out of stock at the suppliers in which case we have no control over delivery dates.
In most cases we are able to offer you am or pm deliveries and if there is a certain time to avoid, say when you need to pick the children up from school, we can try to work round that too.
Our drivers will do their best to position the goods where you want nearest to the access point but they can’t do the impossible and will advise you as to the limits of the crane and vehicle. If you require the vehicle to enter your property you must accept responsibility for any damage caused to your drive and any drains etc. under it. You should also tell us about any overhead wires on or near your property. We regret our drivers are not able to "carry it round the back" or "down the garden". Remember concrete products can be heavy so please ensure that you have the right equipment and people on hand to complete your task safely.
We offer a "cash on delivery" service and will accept a cheque (with a suitable bankers card) or cash. We can also take most card payments (except Amex & Diners) over the phone or in person but you will need to do that prior to delivery. We regret that we can’t leave goods without payment.
